Cloverfield Toy Canceled?

Dread Central is reporting that the fate of Cloverfield Toy may be in doubt (much like a Cloverfield Sequel)

... He received an e-mail with a status update on the toy, which listed it as both �discontinued� and shipping out sometime in December of this year. Since the toy was supposed to be out this month and not a soul has actually seen one outside of Toyfair, there�s a good chance Hasbro realized that maybe they weren�t the best ones to put this thing out.

I have also received email from people who's orders have been outright canceled. On the other hand, the website shows that the toy is "In-Stock", so who knows!?!?!?
